  Short Review: “A great customer oriented, experienced, courteous, well informed, modern dental practice” NOTE: A good review cannot be summed up in a few words… *S* It’s been over 30 yrs since I visited a dentist, so I braced for the worse; lecturing, condensation, poor customer service all around. Then living with chronic pain, I assumed the experience would be riddled with excruciating pain after every visit. BOY! Was I surprised. In summary: The Office Staff were helpful, knowledgeable, because we didn’t quite start on an “even intellectual footing”. Misconceptions were rectified, giving forth a more positive, confident experience over the three months of care. The Dental Hygienist, who cleaned my teeth, was personable and even chatty. I like when they talk, even if I can’t respond. Her x-ray talents were the most comfortable I can remember - of course, from decades ago. The Dental Assistant performed her duties with poise and attentiveness, and made sure I knew about their “kwel” DVD system. Bring your own or watch what they had on hand, while reclining in the most amazing chair – which lends credence to inversion therapy. The Dentist… hmmmmm… besides being quite knowledgeable on quilting, his dentistry skill set – I believe – possesses no boundaries. First, let me stress – he was gentle. Instead of pulling and tugging, he used WORDS to direct movements while working. Minimizing my day-after pain or discomfort. And his patience is to be commended, especially when I forgot which my right was over my left. FYI: It’s been over 30 years so… cracks and small teeth did not intimidate him. He worked with coolness and expertise, even when one tooth totally broke apart. He repaired it, and then afterwards explained the why’s and what for’s, and my future relationship with that tooth. Over all, it’s a busy practice, with an active child-customer base too. Appointments can be made a week out, and I over heard a same-day dental emergency being scheduled too. I’ll be returning. OH! I forgot to mention that this office also did my husband’s denture set, and he’d rather have his knees broke before going to a dentist. They got him through the “ordeal” without a scratch on his psyche. *LOL*

  4 stars! Office is wonderful. They were very encouraging. The dentist explained the process facing me. They gave me information and tools that encouraged me as a disabled person to save myself from a future that could lead to a more serious condition in the near future. Now I am able to help myself.
